"Carol is a calming and caring person who loves animals and will stop at nothing to help your pet. Alfie (is a 7 month old mini schnauzer) and I have been having weekly behavioural walking sessions and he improves every week. He has always been very anxious and nervous and didn't trust dogs or people. He was showing signs of aggression and with his 'barky' nature was a nightmare to walk.
While building up Alfie's experiences and exposing him to a variety of places, Carol chooses opportunities for him to meet other dogs and people. She knows when to take chances and give him the freedom to explore or play which has built up his confidence massively. He loves meeting (and chasing) dogs now, and is getting much better with people. We still need to work on children though! She has also helped me to worry less and be more assertive, building up the trust needed for Alfie to enjoy his walks with me to. Walks are a joy now!
Carol Has also given immeasurable advice to help Alfie to be a calmer and happier dog at home and outside. He is a much more chilled and content dog, thanks to Carol"
